Hi
I am using Infragistic UltraDayView and adding a recurrance Appointment for one day starting from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM at midnight on 19-Feb-13 but it is showing appointment in two days (19 and 20 Feb) .Plz refer the attachment.
But if i add normal appointment without recurrance with same date as above it is shown in single Day on 19-Feb only
It is different from above one.
According to be it should be consistent in both ways
Hello avlindia,
Thanks for the info. Please note that product lifecycle of version 10.3 is expired. More information you could find at: http://ko.infragistics.com/help/product-lifecycle/ . My suggestion is to upgrade your current version to the latest supported versions 12.1 and 12.2 where this issue is fixed. In my tests I`m using the same sample from our "Sample Browser", but with assembly version 12.2. If you are not able to upgrade to version 12.1 or 12.2, you could try to install the latest available service release for version 10.3 You could donwload it from our site: Infragisitcs.com -> Acccounts -> My keys and Downloads -> Service Releases.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Regards
I am using Infragistic Dll version 10.3.20103.1000 without any service release
and i tried this in samples provided by infragistic. It is behaving different for recursive and non-recursive appointment.
please see the attachment the endtime of non-recursive appointment is 13/2/2013 12:00 and it is showing it in 12//2/2013 only.
I try to reproduce your scenario and issue using our latest available version, but without succes. Could you please tell me what is your current version and do you have any installed service release and which one. In my test, when I set appointment (nevertheless if I`m using recurrance or not) which staring from 4:00 PM to 11:59PM on 19-Feb-2013 , the appointement is showing in one day. If I`m using your settings (staring from 4:00 PM on 19-Feb-2013 to 12:00AM on 20-Feb-2013), the appointment will be in a two days (nevertheless if I`m using recurrance or not), but this is expected behavior.
I suppose that mentioned issue exist in older version of our controls. If you are able, please upgarde your current version to the latest available.
