Interface to be used for determining how rows are grouped.

Remarks

This interface is extended from the IGroupByEvaluator interface. Typically you only need to implement the IGroupByEvaluator interface for custom grouping. You need to implement this interface if sorting of the rows is not consistent with the grouping criteria. For example, if you wanted to sort by first character of the values however group by last character of the values.
