If the parent of a RadialMenuColorToolBase is a RadialMenuColorToolBase, then the child RadialMenuColorToolBase will attempt to set the parent RadialMenuColorToolBase's Color to it's selected Color any time the Color property of the child RadialMenuColorToolBase is changed, or the RadialMenuTool.Checked property of the child RadialMenuColorToolBase is set to true. To set the Color of a RadialMenuColorTool without affecting the parent tool, use the SetColor method and specify false for 'synchParentToolIfNeeded'.
