I got my newsreader, Outlook Express, to the point where I can read messages. However, I can't post.
The error message is
Posting is not allowed to the newsgroup 'infragistics.web_sites'. Please remove 'infragistics.web_sites' from your newsgroups line.
Of course, if you can get the new web forum tuned up to where it responds a lot faster, there would no longer be a reason to use a newsreader.
OK, on the Options tab I don't see the File Attachment Add/Update button that is in your image. I see the other stuff.
This may be related to the fact that Outlook Express won't let me upload attachments. Community Server sees that I don't have authorization to upload attachments, so it hides the button.

I wasn't saying that my credentials would have anything to do with the slowness. Regarding uploading images. When I look on the options tab, I see two checkboxes regarding replies, and a bunch of smilies http://forums.infragistics.com/forums/p/1654/13304.aspx#13304
