Quería saber si compro la version de Netadvantage 2009 .NET Controls con soporte Standard,  se puede en cualquier otro momento adquirir el soporte Prioritario.

    I am happy to assist you and answer your question.

     

    If you purchase one of our NetAdvantage subscription packages, and later decide to upgrade to our priority support package, you may do so at any time. We will pro-rate your existing license for the remainder of your subscription. Once your renewal comes due, you will then be able to renew at the priority level.

     

    Our Subscription with Priority Support Licenses include telephone support (during our business hours) for the year of your service, as well as prioritized email and 24/5 chat support. This also includes all upgrades and access to our .NET source code.
