Do we need licenses for both GUI and algorithm developers?

Hello,

We are thinking about purchasing a pack of Infragistics licenses for our team. In our team about half of the developers work on GUI and half work on algorithms in the same solution as GUI. Should we purchase Infragistics licenses only for the GUI developers or for the whole team? If some of our GUI developers never work on forms that use Infragistics controls, do we need to purchase Infragistics licenses for them?

    I am happy to assist you and answer your questions.
     
    Our license agreement is for one seat per developer.  We do not count the number of machines being used, only the number of developers using the software in "design-time".  You are free to distribute your product to the end user, as long as they will not be developing with our tools in "design-time". Client-side elements are licensed ROYALTY FREE. You do not pay additional royalties when you create an executable and distribute the component with that executable. You pay to use them in design time. Server-side elements are licensed DEPLOYMENT FREE. You do not pay per-server deployment fees when you deploy your application. You pay to use them in design time.
