on demand data loading in xamGrid and xamTree

Is there any load on demand feature available in silverlight xamGrid and xamTree, where in chunks of data get fetched from the server when user scrolls down the grid. For example, on load, 25 records are fetched and bind to the grid/tree and when the user scrolls down another 25 records are fetched from the server and appended to the grid/Tree, and so on so forth.

Please, see the attached file for a sample usage of VC with XamDataTree.

When building the sample for XamTree, I run into an issue which I am reporting to the Developer to investigate.

Does the xamTree / xamDataTree also support the same kind of funcationality like xamGrid, in that when a parent node is expanded, the child and fetched from the server and loaded on demand.]

But does it allow the paging by vertically scrolling down i.e the data on the grid is populated when the user scrolls down, because i see the Paging control being used in the samples.
