UltraChart in version : 11.2 problem

Folks,

I am using .Net 4.0 Framework for my project.

I tried to drag and drop ultrachard into my project from my VS 2010 Ultimate Toolkit Window (NetAdvantage 11.2 ASP.NET CLR4x). but, its creating assembly refernce as follows.

<%@ Register Assembly="Infragistics35.WebUI.UltraWebChart.v10.1" Namespace="Infragistics.WebUI.UltraWebChart"
    TagPrefix="igchart" %>
Any ideas?
