Hi
We have a problem with all day appointments in UltraDayView. Before v. 13.2, if you create, for example, an all day appointment from June 18 to June 19 with no time (or 00:00), UltraDayView would display it as a two day appointment (which is correct, just like Outlook). Now, after the 13.2 update, the same appointment is displayed as a one day appointment. If you resize the appointment in the UltraDayView and drag the end from June 18th to 19th, the control saves the appointment's end date as June 20.
In other words, the end date must be at least at 00:01 of that date to be displayed. Like I said, this worked the other way before 13.2, which I think makes more sense, and now we have to find a way to work around this issue, because our clients are used to the Outlook like method.
Are you aware of this and are going to fix this? Is there an easy work around to have it the old way? What is your advice on this topic?
Greetings
Hello,
Thank you for contacting us.
I have tested this behavior based on your explanation with our online sample (full-page-sample for WebSchedule) and everything seems okay.
You can try also to invoke the issue there:
http://ko.infragistics.com/samples/aspnet/schedule/full-page-sample
Double click on June 19, select all day appointment and select End Time to be June 20. The appointment is for two days.
This issue may persist in your project, in order to investigate it further for you, could you please send me isolated sample that is reproducing the issue, or if I am missing something from your explanation, please let me know. This will be highly appreciated.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
