Is there a way to prevent the tooltip on charts from rendering incorrectly? Whenever I move the mouse over a chart, I see the tooltip appear where I move the mouse, but it doesn't clear until a second or so later. This leaves a trail of tooltips where I move the mouse.
And whilst we're at it, is there a way to add padding around the tooltip? As you can see, the border is drawn touching the text.
