We originally hava a method called AutoFit to Changes the width of the columns in the range or the height of the rows in the range to achieve the best fit in Microsoft.Office.Interop.Excel. Do we have a similar method in Infragistics Excel? I have already seek for a long time but failed.

The Excel assembly does not currently support autosizing rows or columns. You can submit a feature request for this: http://devcenter.infragistics.com/Protected/RequestFeature.aspx.
