I have an embedded custom control with a left side checkbox in a ultragrid cell, the cell have an image in the left side, when I clic on a cell the image goes to the right of a checkbox, there is a way that the image don't move?.

There's really not enough information here for me to hazzard a guess.
Can you explain more about what you are doing? What's this custom control? Does it derive from UltraCheckEditor?
Maybe your ActiveCellAppearance is aligning to the image differently than the normal cell appearance.
