Hello,
I work with a UltraToolbarManger version 8.3.20083.2039
Herewith I have 2 problems:
a) How can I remove white space before the selection of text or turn invisible
(see marking on the right side of the file "DisableCloseExplorerBar-RemoveSpaceForIcon.jpg")?
b) How can I disable the button or turn invisible, which I turned on the toolbar invisible or closes
(see marking on the left side of the file "DisableCloseExplorerBar-RemoveSpaceForIcon.jpg")?
Thank you very much!
Jörg
You can try this.
ultraToolbarsManager1.MenuSettings.IsSideStripVisible = DefaultableBoolean.False;
No, that does not work. Do you have another idea?
Jörg,
I've just submitted feature request FR12071 for the ability to hide the icon area of a PopupMenuTool to be added to a future version of the toolset.
For anyone else who is interested in seeing similar functionality in a future version of the NetAdvantage for .NET toolset, you can submit a feature request here. Remember, the number of requests we receive for a given feature is one of the tools we use to prioritize what functionaltiy goes in to a given release.
Hello Mike,
thanks for your efforts and feedback.
In case of my first issue (a) I'm confident to hear from you.
In case of my second issue (b) I have posted a new screenshot including the features and properties from the task pane.
That space is not the side strip, it is the icon area. This cannot be hidden. I have forwarded this post to the Developer Support Manager to create a feature request on your behalf.
As far as your second issue (b), I cannot see what is being displayed in the left picture. Is that a floating toolbar or a task pane?
