Issues with Version free assemblies

I have upgraded our solution to 10.3 version free assemblies.

To do so I took following steps

1. Installed all version free assemblies in GAC

2. Created a new Tools Tab in VS 2008 and dragged and dropped all the version free assemblies onto this new Tab and after a while of processing I was able to see all the components on this tab.

I can now drag and drop any component onto a form but these components don't allow me to bring up the customization dialogs e.g. if a drag and drop a UltraToolbarManager i can not see anything in right click menu whereas if I use versioned assemblies it all works fine

Is there anything that I am missing to enable the design time customization?

    Hi,

     

    I have tried this on my machine and I get the full customization dialog. Can you give me more information about all Infragistics installations you have and if you have uninstalled anything before proceeding with version free assemblies. In addition, please check that all the free assemblies are in the GAC.
