UltraTabbedMdiManager tool tips

Is there a way to use ToolTips on UltraTabbedMdiManager tabs? I'm using 2010 Vol 3 & have 2012 Vol 1 available. I don't see a ToolTips property, MouseOver or MouseHover sort of events but have not looked at 2012's version.
