I have WPF4 ver 11.2 on my pc and I have InfragisticsWPF4.Controls.XamDataChart.v11.2 under .NET references.
On another machine, I have infragistics ver 11.1 controls installed but I do not see the above control. How do I add it?
Thanks.
P.S. I d not want to upgrade the other pc to ver11.2 at this point - but, is ver11.1 to ver11.2 a free upgrade?
Okay thanks - got it.
Hi Jay6447,
We have make some changes in to the products prior to 11.2 version and we have two different product lines in to WPF- WPF Data Visualization and WPF Line of Business. If you have ordered only Line of business you don’t have access to some of the dlls that are included only for DV product line. And in to version 11.2 we have merged some of the dlls so you are seeing the InfragisticsWPF4.Controls.Charts.XamDataChart.v11.2.dll in to shared folder “\NetAdvantage 2011.2\WPFCommon\Bin\SharedXAML\” so you have it with your machine with 11.2 installed and you don’t have it on your 11.1 machine just because this dll’s come from the DV package and they was not included in to 11.1.
Upgrading seems the only one option to get this dll if you need to use the VS designer and XamDataChart. You can contact with your sales representative to get more information about what are your options or I may open a case for you and assist you to get more details on this
I hope this answer your question.
