Is there any point where the assembly names will match the actual assembly and class hierarchy? It is very difficult for a new customer to logically figure out which assembly to add to include an array of functionality.
Or by chance do you have a map of which control/functionality maps to which assembly. Including the XAML declaration? All in one place?
Thumbs up to Daniel, this is a great suggestion!
Hello Daniel,
I have been looking into the question that you are having and you can find the list of assemblies that you need for each of the WPF controls here: http://help.infragistics.com/Doc/WPF/current/CLR4.0/?page=NetAdvantage_Assemblies.html. Also, here: http://help.infragistics.com/Doc/WPF/current/CLR4.0/?page=Default_XML_Namespace_Mappings.html, you can find the xmlns mappings for each of the namespaces and assemblies.
Please let me know if you need any further assistance on the matter.
Sincerely,
Krasimir, MCPD
