Brian Lagunas / Monday, February 4, 2013

Boise Code CampIt’s that time again! Boise Code Camp is a free-to-the-community event and has become Boise’s premier software development technical event. Boise Code Camp offers a full day of technology learning for the best price possible: free!

Boise Code Camp is produced and staffed by volunteers and relies on the generous support of sponsors and individual donations for its operating expenses. We are governed by a volunteer board of directors and rely on the efforts of the regional developer community.

That means we need you!

Calling All Speakers

If you’re interested in presenting on whatever cool technology you’re working with or excited by, now is the time to submit a session for the upcoming Boise Code Camp on March 16, 2013.  Whether this is your first public presentation or you are a seasoned speaker, Boise Code Camp welcomes you.  We encourage anyone to submit session proposals for any subject technology geeks would love.  You don't have to be a professional speaker or even a professional technologist to offer something interesting as a speaker.  Of course, we also want those hardcore technical sessions Code Camp is famous for.  Bring more code than slides and you'll have yourself a winner!

Code Camp speakers don’t get paid, but they get a lot of recognition and love from the local developer community.  If you’re talk is selected, you’ll get an invite to the speakers dinner and a nifty Boise Code Camp shirt too!  Now, you can’t beat that!

Submit Your Session!

At this time, general registration is not open.  Look for that to happen about 4 weeks prior to the event.  If you have any questions please feel free to contact me or leave a comment below.  I hope to see your submission soon.
