Install error - version 2014.1

I am upgrading a legacy program (written on Windows 7 PC). I'm currently running Windows 10 and need to install Infragistics 2014.1. 

I receive error messages on launching the Infragistics 14.1 Platform Installer: 

  • An error occurred while downloading ASP.NET. No URI for this file has been set. Please verify that there is an active internet connection and try again. 

Is an offline installer available or is this product now entirely unsupported?

    Hello Jennifer,

    This error usually occur when you don't have internet. In order to run the platform installer you Should have internet.

    No we dont have offline installer , you should have to download the platform installer form your Infragistics account.

    Also make sure you have active license for the version 14.1, if not then please contact to sales at Sales@infragistics.com
