Any info on when we may see this or what it may contain? If the past is any indicator, we've usally seen the vol 1 release between the middle of febuary and middle of march. Just curious.
Thanks,
Brad
Sounds like April with their new release schedule. I too would like to know what changes are being made.
Hello Guys,
We have just updated our 2009 Product and Launch Schedule roadmap and this has been made publicly available through this blog post by Jason Beres (Director of Product Management here at Infragistics) at the following link:
http://blogs.infragistics.com/blogs/jason_beres/archive/2009/02/19/2009-product-launch-schedule.aspx
I think the information there gives a great overview generally, if you have any specific questions, please do not hesitate to ask.
That blog post addresses the when and why of the release schedule, but it doesn't address the contents (other then some Silverlight information).
Hello,
More information on our WPF release is available in the same blog post, in the comments section (again by Jason Beres)

The 3 big features in WPF for 9.1 are Column Filtering, Column Pinning and Column Moving. We also added support for SyncWithCurrentItem and improved the CollectionView support. We did some work around performance, but most of that work will not be released until the first hotfix.

And what is new in the WPF controls?
Hello All,
We definitely listen to your feedback -- that is why Jason (Director of PM) recently updated our blog with a post on what to expect from our Winforms suite in 9.1 and in fact, even 9.2. So I think this thread shows that we are committed to Winforms for the years to come and a subscription is definitely a very good investment.
For details on what to expect, please visit Jason's blog post here:
http://blogs.infragistics.com/blogs/jason_beres/archive/2009/03/04/windows-forms-2009-1-features.aspx
and again - if you need anything, just a drop us a line - we are listening.
Definitely not -- this is just what I am aware of (unfortunately I cannot monitor all suites). It is just too much information for one person. I believe you can ask our Winforms folks for that -- and again, if you do need anything -- just request it through our request a feature/component form -- I am sure that all suggestions will be considered by PM.
Does that mean that there is no additional value for Windows Forms users (what I primarly use), or just that you're not hinting at anything for it?
