How to upgrade Infragistics 2004 to 2009 vol1

Hello:

I have an application in VS.NET 2003 and I'm using infragistics 2004, now I want to upgrade it to VS.Net 2008, but I don't know how to do it .

I bought Infragistics 2009.

I tried this upgrade through the add in and when I try to attach it to VS2005 if gives me a message that it could load or cuased and exception.

Error Message = unknown

Error Number = 8013150a

Can someone help?
