A few issues with the forums...

1. Does it make sense that you can edit a post that was marked as the answer? I understand things like typos etc but if it is marked the answer surely the user who needed the information has found it complete and it should therefore be locked?

2. You need some form of hover effect in the Forum Statistics section at the bottom of these pages...
