We paid for priority support and now this is the 3rd time that we have submitted a support request onlyh to wait 4 hours then realize that the system has marked it as standard level. How difficult can this be to get right!!!!
Further I would not have to be asking for support if your documentation was worth a ***.
I am so sorry that I EVER made the decision to go with Infragistics that if I could get all my money back it would not be fast enough.
I may just dip into my budget and go to Telrix!!!

I do see that your case was taken by Chandradeep, so I think there was an issue with the initial chat window. I also see that he did change the status from Standard to Priority for you. I am looking into the automation of the status and will respond in a seperate email.

I've been asking myself the same question. Telerik may be the way to go but that would mean recoding existing software which I don't have the time for right now.
