My, my friends, my company, and my Net cafe's browsers IE7, IE8, Firefox3.5, Safari4 do not react anything if I select the Active Case.What should I do to cure their frigidities?

There was an issue on our website that was affecting all users on our support pages. This error was fixed later in the day on September 28.
I have the same problem too. It seems that selectSupportRequest (js file missing?) is not defined.
