Expiration Date
posted

On the list of keys registered to me, there is an "expiration date" column.  What exactly is this expiration date?  Will I no longer be able to use the product after that date?  For example, if I wanted to use an older version with an expired date (for compaitbility issues and maintenance of old apps), will I be able to install and use it?

Thanks!

    Hello:

I am happy to assist you and answer your questions.

The "expiration" date references the date that your subscription will expire. You should always reference your latest version key, in order to view your most current date of expiration.

If you choose not to renew your annual subscription, you will still have access to all versions received during your subscription cycle, however, you will no longer receive version upgrades after this "expiration" date.

Please feel free to email me with any additional questions or concerns at: registrations@infragistics.com.

We value your business and thank you for choosing Infragistics!
