Tooltips do not react to scroll

On the 'My Keys and Downloads' page, once I've selected the product, I get a long list of things I can download. The list is so long it needs a scroll bar. Unfortunately the tooltips which appear when I hover over a potential download don't keep in sync with the position of the link if the scroll bar is not at the top.

As you can see below, the tooltip has appeared in the same place as when the scroll bar was at the top.

This means I never get to see tooltips for the items near the bottom of the list.

    Hi Mark,

    Sorry for the delay in responding but I wanted to let you know that I alerted our Website team to take a look at this.  I see the same thing when I view the page.
