about user friendliness evaluation

Hi,

Our company has a Windows desktop product developed using C# and MFC/C++. The UI was used to be all MFC based native dialogs/windows. Now we did a big upgrade to C# using Infragistics Windows Forms controls, and the UI part are now most developed using C#.

We want to have some feedback on how this have been done in term of user friendliness of UI. Does Infragistics offer this kind service to come down our office for a day or so to look run and look at the user interfaces and do some review? Or we can just do some screenshots and send them over? Does anybody know where we can get such kind of service?
