How do you create a toolbox for Infragistics 10.3 Silverlight controls?

I am trying to create a toolbox for infragistics silverlight version 10.3 in visual studio 2010. I do not see the controls listed as silverlight controls to add to a manually created toolbox. I also do not see a toolbox utility control in the infragistics installation folder.

Can someone give me some suggestions please?

Thank you for moving your forum post to the Silverlight forum. Please take a look at the reply to that post. Let me know if it helps. In addition, please make sure that both Silverlight and Silverlight Tools are installed on your computer.
