Builing up a CMS

I am searching for a simple CMS system based on ASP.NET

As Infragistics sells a huge suite of ASP Tools etc is it planned that Infragistics will also purchase a CMS System in future?
I found other Distributors who sell components and also a CMS System (build up with this components)     

for example: www.telerik.com/ http://www.sitefinity.com/product/sitefinity-at-a-glance.aspx)

I am really interested if Infragistics will also go this way..
