When we click on your "Get Help" page's link to Submit a Support Request, we are sent a web form. But the damn thing removes our IE browser scroll bars. Of course there are fields and I suppose a Submit button somewhere below the viewable area, but we can't get to those parts of the form. Know why? BECAUSE YOUR FORM REMOVES OUR BROWSER'S SCROLL BARS! WHAT IDIOT WROTE THAT INTO THE PAGE?!
Sorry you are experiencing issues with the submission page. If you are still having this issue, it would be very useful if you could share some additional details. What version of IE you are using? Do you have any toolbars or widgets installed? The more details the better.
