I can't see the key for 2011 vol.1 under My Keys and Downloads

Hello,

I have searched to see if you have a key for 2011 Volume 1 and it appears as though you do not. To obtain a key for 2011 Volume 1 you will need to email sales@infragistics.com and they will be able to assist you with acquiring the older version.

Let me know if you have any questions with this matter.

I search also my key for 2011 vol 1, I see all versions even 2011 vol. 2 but not vol. 1, I need the lastest control UltraWebListbar compatible with all new browsers like IE 10 or Chrome 26.

Could you give me an access to this version ?

I downloaded all version even 2012 but this control doesn't exists, I must upgrade a web site for a customer because with all new browsers, the control UltraWeblistbar crash

Hi Christian

Seems like you had registered your 2010 Volume 3 key only after we launched 2011 Volume 1. Hence the 11.1 key was not registered automatically for you. This has been resolved now. You should be able to see your key now.
