Add Infragistics References to a Visual Studio 2010 Project
posted

Hi,

I'm using Visual Studio 2010 and I need to add infragistics references to a local folder on my project. I tried to do: References -> Add Reference -> Browse. But the path of the reference continue to be the old one (Infragistics path).

What can I do? Any Ideas?

I hope to ear from you soon.

Thank you!

    Hello marialisboa,

What platform are you using (ex. Windows Forms or ASP.NET)?

Your method should work.  You can also try to remove any existing Infragistics references by right-clicking on the reference in the Solution Explorer and choosing to delete it.  Then you can add the new references.

You should also search your project for any files that might have the reference path hardcoded.

If you are still having this issue, please post in the product's forum.  The developers and developer support staff monitor the product-specific forums, and will be able to assist you.
