In mid-March I submitted an incident (WbG48671) and never heard from Infragistics thereafter. The status of this incident in “Selected Incident Details” reads “Awaiting Customer Action.” There are no hyperlinks/buttons on that status page that would otherwise allow me invoke such long-awaited “customer action.”
Please advise whether this incident will ever be reviewed and the bug I reported fixed.

Respond to the incident e-mail and ask the DSE what's happening or e-mail dsmanager@infragistics.com and ask the DS Manager what's going on.
Usually, 'Awaiting Customer Action' indicates that a response has been sent to you and the DSE is awaiting further information from you in order to proceed. Perhaps an over agressive spam filter has taken that response e-mail.
