Are we allowed to use the ICON packs in our mobile apps for the app store.

My subscription expired maybe over a year ago. I am currently developing apps for Windows 8 and IOS and I was wondering if i can integrate the icons from the Infragistics Icon packs with my app and submit that integrated app to the app store. Will there be any licensing issues with this?

    There are no restrictions on this usage of the icons.  We would even encourage you to use our Icons in your app store apps.
