System requirements for version 13.1 & support for 4.0 Platform

Hi,

We  are looking to migrate to version 13.1 for WPF application built on .Netframework 4.0. Can you let us know if the 13.1 version is compatible for .Netframework 4.0? Also, would like to know if going forward Infragistics releases will be compatible for .Netframework 4.0 or will support .Netframework 4.5 and above?
