Page Error when trying to access Knowledge Bass articles

Hello

Lately, every time I try to access an article in your knowledge base I am directed to a page that says "Page Error" and then after about 30 sec redirects me back to the search page.

for example articles 10062 and 2361.

I am looking for information about creating embeddable editors for the UltraWinGrid (we have an older version)

Can someone direct me to these articles?

    Thanks for posting into our forums.

    What you could do to view these pages in IE10 is to turn your compatibility feature of the browser to on, or to use IE 9, Chrome or Firefox browsers.

    Please feel free to let us know if you have any other questions with this matter.
