I am using NetAdvantage 2012.2. I have built and run the sample browser app locally on the dev server. The download links for the 3 sample apps all go to a 404 page on your site. Where can I download the 3 sample applications source code (InfraShop, InfraProperties, and MyMail)? I would like to get the code that corresponds to my licensed version, NetAdvantage 2012.2.

I am glad you were able to locate and download our samples. If they are installed locally on your machine, with our installer, you won't need to convert them. And they are accessible in sub directory within the version you have installed.
ex. C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Infragistics\NetAdvantage 2012.2\Windows Forms\Samples
Fixed it, had to use the start menu version of the showcase app. Then convert the project references from 14.1 to 12.2.
