I am trying to apply custom theme on tooltip shown when hovering over markers on a map. 

I tried to pass my custom theme to the `igx-tooltip` mixin, but the theme is not reflected accordingly. 

The following is how the tooltip looks like currently: 

Is there a way to remove the border and padding around my tooltip content?
