Hi:
Hi Pablo,
I am glad that you find my suggestion helpful.
Thank you for using Infragistics components.
Sorry Martin
had not seen the commented part of the exampleThanks a lot!
HI Martin:
Thanks for your example, but it dont work!
One of the main characteristics of the grouping is to identify the group header, but your example does not!
Each group in the cluster should look like:
Ship Country: Argentina (number of occurrences)Ship Country: Brazil (number of occurrences)..
But in their examples the groups look like this:
Ship countryShip country..
Why would I want to group if I cannot distinguish the groups? It does not make any sense. Even less if the group is contracted !!!Also missing the number of occurrences in the header
Is it solvable ??
Paul
Hello,
Thank you for posting in our community.
My suggestion is to use a group row template to control how the grouping column's fields are displayed. I have created a sample for your reference.
At this point, we do not provide hiding the grouped column. This is a feature request already logged in our repository here and it is currently in the backlog of our development team. You can follow any updates on our GitHub page.
Please let me know if you need any further assistance with this matter.
