Good afternoon I am writing to ask you for support with the TimePicker (igx-date-picker)   component, what I need to do is set a default value to scroll and not the selection value, by default the component shows 3:00 which is what I need to change.
I use this component: 
      <igx-date-picker    [showWeekNumbers]="true" #fechaEventoDate  mode="dropdown"  mask="dd/MM/y" format="dd/MM/y"                                        formControlName="fechaEvento" id="date-picker"> 
             <label igxLabel>Fecha del Evento</label>
     </igx-date-picker>

    Thank you for contacting Infragistics Support.
    In order to ensure that your issue is addressed correctly I will need some additional information regarding your scenario. Can you please answer the following questions:
          • What component you would like to use - igx-date-picker or igx-time-picker? In your response, I noticed that TimePicker is                   mentioned, however, igx-date-picker component is used in your snippet.
          • What do you refer to by ‘’set a default value to scroll’’? What would be the expected behavior for you?
    This information is going to be highly appreciated and will help me in my further investigation.
