how to adjust the tool tip automatically so the at the bottom most and top most it ui didnt get disturbed

You can turn off our built-in ToolTipType and try using our standalone tooltip component and display it manually

I would add a feature request for our charts to allow for more unique tooltip control and placement depending on where the mouse is position is.

can we acheive this behaviour programaticallly when hit bottom then the toottip position move top and when the tooltip hit top most the tooltip move to center ?
Hello,
The tooltip should appear at the mouse position by default. You can change this to be an Item or Category Tooltip. Both of which also don't appear overlapping labels along the axis. I suggest providing a sample or modifying mine to isolate the behavior.
