Could you please suggest where to make changes in the igGrid to achieve the requirement.
Also, please let me know if something is unclear or you need more info on the same?.
Below are screen shots for more reference.

Hello Anvesh,
If you can modify the fiddle to demonstrate your scenario would be best for my investigation.
If you require more specific assistance it would be best to contact our Services Department. You may find them here: https://ko.infragistics.com/consulting

Hey Deyan,
Can we please connect via skype. Please share your skype for business user name.
Mine is v-aabusu@spglobal.com(Anvesh Abusu)
It could be because of hidden columns, or data skip columns, for those cases you might need to increase the index when moveColumn API is invoked.

If you could provide a small isolated sample in your scenario or modify the fiddle I'm sending, I would be more certain.
Hi Deyan,
I have tried by returning false but it didnt work either. Please find below screenshot for reference.
What else would we be missing? Please help me out.
Hi Anvesh,
Have you tried preventing the moving by return false in columnMoving and using the moveColumn API to move the column where you want. Here's an example:
columnMoving: function (e, ui) { if (ui.targetIndex === 0) { ui.owner.moveColumn(ui.columnKey, 1); return false; } }
