version I am using is 2016.2/latest.Kindly help.
Hello,
Thank you for reaching out with the issue you're experiencing with the igTreeGrid component in IgniteUI. I have extensively tested the scenario you described using the latest jQuery IgniteUI version (2023.2) and was unable to replicate the problem. As your account is currently on a trial service level, please note that our support is limited to the latest versions of Infragistics products.

Hello Arkan,We already have subscription (If needed I can email our subscription number).
I asked in the community forum so that other people can also be benefited. However if there is a difference between the support you provide for community forum vs support case filed with subscription then I would like to link this issue with my subscription login in order to get quick help. Please guide for the same.
Even with subscription the support we get is ordinary. Every reply cycle takes 24 hours on an average that too with paid subscription.
Thank you for your support.
Thank you for reaching out with your concerns. I want to assure you that regardless of your subscription level, you are welcome to both submit a support case through your licensed Infragistics profile and initiate a discussion in our community forum.
Please keep in mind that according to our support policy Infragistics products have one year of product service releases and three years of developer support. This means that version 2016.2 is considered retired and it is no longer eligible for Developer Support Services. Since I cannot reproduce this issue in my sample using a newer version of the controls I assume that this behavior might be caused by an issue that we have addressed, fixed and released in any of the latest versions of our product.
I strongly recommend upgrading to a more recent version that is actively supported. This will enable you to receive the most effective assistance directly from our support team. As your account is on a trial basis, our immediate support extends only to the latest version, which is 2023.2. You can find more details about our product lifecycle and support policies here.
Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.
Best regards,
Arkan Ahmedov,
