Hi I was using JQuery iggrid with MVC3, I have the display the data in Grid and which can easily change the column title order, mouse edit will be the best. can anyone provide any help on this!

Probably you are referring the the column moving feature. We haven't implemented this yet, but it's on our backlog for the next releases.
Just to make sure weare on the same page, we have this feature for our ASP.NET grid (WebDataGrid), you can have a look at a sample here:
