Hi, I have two tab controls each containing a grid. When the page is loaded the grid on the first tab has it's filtering columns nicely laid out. But the second grid which is hidden inside the second tab's filtering columns is not. I know this is probably because the width of the grid cannot be calculated when it's hidden. Can you please make any suggestions on how I can resolve this issue?
Thanks is advance
Regards Christoff
Hi I’ve tested this in the 12.1 release and it seems to be working now.
Thanks
Christoff
Hi,
it should be out by the end of the month.
Thanks,
Angel
Hi Angel, I gave your solution (setting the widths on the columns) a try and it's a no-go. The filter controls' widths does not get applied. But as soon as one interacts with the grid the filter control's width are corrected.
Can you maybe 'leak' :) a time-line on when the next release will ship, at the moment our product are quite dependent on those dates.
Hi Christoff,
you should set widths to the grid columns in order to avoid this visual "effect".
By the way, i have double checked that in 12.1 (The version that we'll be releasing soon), this scenario works fine even without definining widths. This has been due to styling changes to make the grid more touch-friendly.
Hope it helps. Thanks,
Hi, is there any feedback on this. Here's an illustration of what I mean.
