Resizing when column widths are percentages
posted

When my grid's columns widths are set to percentages, the resizing behavior is weird and inconsistent.  When you drag any column's size to the right to make it larger, the right-most column on the grid is made smaller to make room.  Then, when you drag the same column back to the left, the column itself is made smaller and the columns to the left and right of it are expanded.

This inconsistency causes the columns to the right to inevitably be made really small.  Is there some way to correct this behavior?  Ideally, when a column is resized, all the other columns in the grid resize equally to make up for the difference, whether it's made larger or smaller.
