We have a chart with lableAngle =90 and labelLocation: "outsideBottom":
We want to set the lableAngle =-90 or lableAngle =270, but the lables are now inside the bottom.
How can we set the the lableAngle =-90 or lableAngle =270 and keep the lable "outsideBottom"?
