I can't seem to find the function to save/load report created by the user. If it doesn't come with save/load built in function, is there any way to create this ? like referencing report parameter and save.. somehow loading them back ?

Currently, the required functionality is not available out of the box. What I can suggest is logging this as a new product idea following the steps suggested in my previous post.

Thank you for your reply. Actually, I am looking for the way to save olap report parameters (olap data selecter? value) that user selected.
So user can save it as "2014 year to date sale report" and share with others, or they can come back later and re-run the same report with same selection.
Is there out of the box function like that?

I assume that what you are looking for is a way to save the data from the grid and export it. After some reserach, exporting from the pivot grid has been determined to be a new product idea.
