Our application depends on the following versions of Ignite UI, Jquery and Jquery UI
Ignite UI - 20132.2364
Jquery - 1.9.1
Jquery UI - 1.10.3
Could you please let me know the latest versions of jquery and jquery ui that I can safely upgrade my application to but still remain on Ignite UI - 20132.2364

With the Ignite UI version that you have (20132.2364) you should be able to upgrade to the following versions:
jQuery - 2.0.3 or 1.10.2
jQuery UI - 1.10.3 (Note: This is your current version)
