Thank you so much for quick response, Our mostly problems are solved only few minor issues,

1. Your provided solution is not working, its throw attached errors.
2. When we open your sample application its throw error Failed to open and same error occured in our real application, due to this error our application takes alot of time for loading. How to fix that issue?
3. 1st is not working when we set this style="left: 90px; top: 60px; position: absolute;"/>, our legend behind the chart and its not visible, We need a property like legendInsideChart. We use bootstrap for styling, when we set positions its not working in small resolution like mobile or tablets.

5. Third Yes we need a numeric value like 2,000.00 with a comma as a separator, We need a datetime format like 07-27-2015 (MM-DD-YYYY) in our data collection date format is as 2015-01-18T00:00:00. you can see in my previous attached snapshot.

I am quite surprised this did not work since my sample uses the CDN references. Please try to extract the file and not open it directly from the archived file. There is an not necessary reference to infragistics.excel.js, it results in the "object does not support "getBox" method", so you can remove this reference. Please try to open the sample with another browser, too. I believe that once it ran you will see how to use these properties.

Please let me know if you still fail to run the samle so wen think of how to proceed with this. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Yes its working now after commented the infragistics.excel.js reference.

But in our real application we didn't use any infragistics.excel.js reference than why we face message Failed to Open in debugger window? Further details please see my previous post.

Can you fix my other points that i was highlighted in my previous post ?

I am sorry to hear you did not manage yet to run my sample - it is a simple html page and resources are loaded from cdn's, which means everything should be fine on another machine. Did you try to open it after extracting and trying with different browsers ? Anyway, the suggested should work for you but since you are not able to see my sample I suggest that you send me yours, where I can apply those and demonstrate. If this is possible, then please send me your project or sample. Otherwise please let me know so we can think how to proceed further.

1. When page completely loaded in Internet Explorer open the debugger window and refresh the page you can see Failed to open file message. Due to this our page response is very slow. How to get rid of them?
2. You can see that our legend behind the chart in left side of chart, how to fix the position on chart at top right corner for all devices like mobiles, tablets or all browsers?
3. We need all tooltip values in numeric format like 2,000.00 with a comma as a separator, with a datetime format like 07-27-2015 (MM-DD-YYYY) in our data collection date format is as 2015-03-03T00:00:00. you can see in my attached sample application.

I was not able to reproduce error 1) using IE 11. Which verson do you use ?

I updated the sample to meet your other requirements - the legend to stay at the top right corner and formatting the values in the tooltip. Actually formatting the values in the tooltip is not real formatting, it just changes the innerText of the element that holds those. Please see the attached modified sample and let me know if it meets your requirements.

I am glad first issue is fixed now.

I have investigated the crosshair issue and it seems like a lot of factors impact the performance and result in delaying here:

1) The page UI which is heavy to render ( two charts, lots of data, real time animations like the crosshair itself, calculations at lot of events, etc)
2) Adittional crosshair layer that adds up to the heaviness of the UI
3) Two-way binding in Angular

It is really hard to determine a single reason for resulting as it is a result of more than one which adds up. This also makes it hard to introduce a fix rather than general and concrete suggestions on Angular applications performances. I have tried both lowering the complexity of the UI by leaving only a single chart on the page and also removing the aditiional crosshair layer. It essentially improves performance. Considering the above mentioned I suggest:

1) Removing the crosshair layer that is used to remove the horizontal crosshair line
2) Lowering the complexity and density of the UI
3) Best practices on improving performances in Angular:

I hope the above mentioned makes it clear why it is hard to suggest a real fix for this issue, which is in fact a real time animation in an app that takes resources to render complex UI with animations and real time two way binding. The suggested will truly help you improve performance with minimal sacrifice on look and feel and functionality of the charts on the page.

Please find solutions to your questions below:

1. When we move mouse on chart, values are not rounded on spot its take time to round. How to fix the decimals of all stock prices (open/high/low/close) in pop up to be two digits on spot with out delay ? 

Currently I have been using tooltipShown event, because it is needed for the Date label to be formatted. However it causes this time to display the raw values and the rounded ones. To fix this I separated the logic for the labels and execute it in tooltipShowing for labels and tooltipShown for the Date and Volume label.

This is the fix to display with two digist after separator:

        newRoundedValue = (Math.round(ui.item[labels[i].innerText.slice(0, -1)] * 100) / 100).toFixed(2);
        ui.item[labels[i].innerText.slice(0, -1)] = newRoundedValue;

2. Currently vertical crosshairLayer has a delay following the mouse location. How to make them faster?

I am currently investigating what may be the cause of this issue. Does it behave the same way from the beginning, or do you recall started delaying after introducing a feature or functionality to the sample ?
